The network, made physical
Speed is built, not promised.
Two hours is a hardware problem long before it is a software one. So we build the hardware: two vehicles sized for the way Saudi cities actually move, hubs that sort inside the neighbourhood, mailboxes that never ask you to wait in, and offices you can walk into.
BaridX Mailbox
The last hundred metres, solved.
A branded mailbox at the door, the lobby or the shopfront, keyed to your account. The rider drops, scans and moves on — no ringing, no waiting in, no second attempt — so a two-hour window stays two hours even when nobody is home. The same livery as the tape on the parcel, and the same status on your screen the moment the lid closes.
Fleet
X1
The two-hour vehicle. Narrow enough for the lanes behind the main road, quick enough to turn a two-hour window twice in an afternoon. One rider, kerb to door, no loading bay and no lap of the block looking for one.
Fleet
X2
The long shift. Multi-drop routes through the day, hub-to-hub shuttles through the night, and the feeder that keeps full-truck solutions moving between Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam while the city sleeps.
Network
Logistics Hubs
Sortation placed inside the city rather than out beside the runway. Parcels arrive already sorted to the street they are going to, so the last leg starts minutes away — which is what turns two hours from a claim into arithmetic.
Retail
BaridX Office
Our counter on the street. Send, collect, pack and open a customs file in a single visit, with staff reading the same tracking screen you are. Air, sea and road freight all start here if you would rather begin a shipment in person.

Three hubs anchor the Kingdom. Air, sea and road carry it past the border.

Tracking
Where is it, right now?
One number follows every BaridX shipment — a two-hour run across Riyadh, a next-day parcel into Dammam, air freight clearing customs in Jeddah.
Your tracking number is on the shipping label, in your confirmation message, and on every BaridX Office receipt.
About
We are building the network Saudi Arabia is growing into.
BaridX is a Saudi logistics company built on one premise — that the distance between ordering something and holding it should keep getting shorter. Two hours across a city, the same day across a region, the next day across the Kingdom, with full-truck capacity underneath it all.
The Kingdom’s Vision-era growth has changed what people expect of delivery. New cities and industrial zones, retail moving online, and a generation of merchants selling nationwide from a single room all need a network that behaves like infrastructure rather than a favour. Ours is built to that standard: logistics hubs placed close to demand in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, BaridX Offices and mailboxes where people already are, and the X1 and X2 vehicles running between them.
The same network reaches outward. Air, sea and road freight with customs clearance handled in-house keeps an international shipment as one relationship instead of five. Tomorrow delivered today is not a line we use lightly — it is the standard we engineer towards, route by route, until it is simply how the Kingdom expects things to arrive.
Let us take it from here.
Tell us what you move, how often, and how quickly it has to arrive. We will map it to the network — domestic, international, or both — and come back with straight answers on routing, cost and timing.
